Consultant Business Continuity Management

We’re looking for an experienced Business Continuity Manager to join our client’s organization and strengthen their resilience strategy. In this critical role, you will ensure that essential services remain operational in the face of major disruptions — from severe technical incidents and cyberattacks to physical infrastructure failures.

The Role

As Business Continuity Manager, you will design, implement, and continuously improve the frameworks that safeguard operational stability. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization to assess risks, analyze service impact, and develop structured response strategies that minimize disruption.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive risk analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities

• Performing business impact analyses through stakeholder interviews to assess the effect of disruptions on services

• Developing, documenting, and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans (BCP/DRP)

• Establishing and structuring a crisis governance framework, including crisis committees and communication plans

• Leading the crisis committee during major incidents and ensuring effective coordination

• Implementing a governance model to manage, maintain, and regularly test continuity plans

• Embedding best practices aligned with ITIL and infrastructure standards
