Coördinator NIS2
Function
We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, focusing on guiding the organization towards compliance with NIS2. This role involves the implementation of an information security policy alongside necessary technical and organizational measures. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with both the organization and its suppliers to develop, align, and effectively implement policy guidelines.
Your responsibilities will include preparing the organization for audits, inspections, and oversight activities to demonstrate compliance with NIS2 obligations. You will be tasked with tracking progress and reporting on developments to relevant stakeholders. Success in this role requires a blend of technical knowledge and a practical approach to translating theoretical principles into actionable measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of information security policies.
- Assist in preparing for compliance audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation.
- Monitor compliance progress and report to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in complex enterprise IT environments, with a minimum of 5 years focused on information security. Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in implementing and rolling out Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Familiarity with NIS2 directive and related cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong understanding of technical and organizational security measures.
- Proficient in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in supporting organizations during audits and inspections.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
