We’re looking for a Copilot Adoption Specialist to join our client’s team and play a key role in driving the successful rollout and adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people, and change management.

Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, ensuring that employees understand, trust, and effectively use modern AI collaboration tools. You will support our client in maximizing value from their digital workplace investments by promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the adoption and use of AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools across the organization

• Developing and delivering training materials, workshops, and user guidance

• Acting as a point of contact for questions related to AI-assisted work tools

• Identifying user needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to align adoption strategies with business goals

• Gathering feedback and providing insights to improve user experience and tool effectiveness

Profile & Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a proactive and communicative professional with a strong interest in digital transformation and user enablement. You are comfortable working with new technologies and enjoy helping others embrace change.

You bring:

• Experience in user adoption, change management, digital workplace, or a similar role

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AI productivity tools, or similar platforms

• Strong communication and presentation skills
