Copilot Adoption Specialist

Function

We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our team in enhancing the adoption and utilization of advanced AI solutions within the organization. This position will focus on empowering users to leverage Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365, thereby driving productivity and collaborative efforts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role at the intersection of technology, user experience, training, and community management, ensuring users are well-supported and informed about the latest capabilities while promoting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Community Management & User Engagement
  • Build and manage vibrant user communities focused on Copilot technologies.
  • Enhance engagement through regular communications, events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Act as a key ambassador for Copilot within the organization.
• User Enablement & Training
  • Design and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops for diverse user profiles.
  • Provide valuable tips, use cases, and best practices to maximize each user's experience with Copilot.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of training materials and onboarding processes.
• User Support & Operational Follow-up
  • Offer daily functional support to users by addressing inquiries and resolving usage issues.
  • Identify common obstacles to adoption and recommend actionable improvements.
• Product Monitoring & Testing
  • Stay updated on the evolution of Copilot features and roadmap developments.
  • Test new functionalities upon release, providing feedback and insights.
  • Generate comprehensive reports with recommendations regarding new features, including potential use cases and associated risks.
• Prompt Library Management
  • Assist in designing and maintaining a centralized prompt library.
  • Curate, evaluate, and document high-value prompts meeting business needs.
  • Encourage community input while ensuring prompt quality and relevance.
• License Management & Adoption Monitoring
  • Support the oversight and management of Copilot licenses.
  • Help ensure optimal usage of licenses in alignment with organizational goals.

• Technical Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot systems.
  • Proactive technological monitoring of Copilot products.
  • Preferred: Skills in AI development tools such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Functional Experience
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the insurance sector.

Practical Information

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English is a must have criteria!
