We're looking for an experienced Copilot Solution Expert to support our client's ambitious digital transformation journey through the implementation of AI-powered solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for analysing business needs, designing intelligent solutions, developing and managing Copilot Agents, and driving the adoption of Microsoft AI technologies across the organization. The Role

As a Copilot Solution Expert, you'll bridge the gap between business and technology, delivering intelligent solutions that improve business processes and enhance user productivity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Analysing existing business processes and Microsoft 365 environments to define optimal solution approaches.
• Developing solution roadmaps, architecture proposals, and functional and technical specifications.
• Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Assessing migration scenarios and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing Copilot Agents for a variety of business use cases.
• Building workflows, applications, and dashboards using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Supporting end users and key stakeholders by troubleshooting technical issues and validating delivered solutions.
• Coordinating user acceptance testing, production deployments, and maintaining technical documentation.
• Delivering training sessions, creating user documentation, and supporting change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of AI solutions.

Your Profile

We're looking for a consultant with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform business processes.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including the development of AI Agents.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, including content management, governance, and collaboration capabilities.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis and optimization.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly solutions.
• Experience with change management, user adoption, and digital transformation initiatives is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, with good reading and listening skills in English.
