Copilot Studio Specialist

Function

Our client is seeking a Platform Administrator to support Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Power Platform services within a secure and well-governed environment. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure stable platform operations, support business users and citizen developers, and work closely with key stakeholders on administration, security, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Copilot Studio platform and associated Power Platform components.
• Support governance-related activities in collaboration with stakeholders such as IT security.
• Manage the deployment lifecycle across development, acceptance, and production environments.
• Act as the first technical point of contact for platform users.
• Organize and deliver trainings, workshops, onboarding sessions, and office hours.
• Contribute to secure, compliant, and reliable platform operations for business users and citizen developers.

Profile

• Experience in service and platform administration.
• Strong user support and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Confident in delivering training and user enablement sessions.
• Customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Practical Information

• Location: Brussels.
• On-site presence: 2 days per week by default.
• Work regime: full-time.
• Language requirements: good level of Dutch and/or French, plus English.
• For non-EU candidates, a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are required.
