We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team to strengthen their ability to anticipate, manage, and resolve crises in a dynamic environment with operational, technological, and reputational risks. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement a robust crisis management strategy that will have a real impact across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities
The consultant will work closely with our client’s continuity and risk teams to:

  • Audit & Assessment: Evaluate the current crisis management maturity and identify gaps in existing processes.

  • Crisis Planning: Design and implement crisis scenarios and comprehensive crisis management plans aligned with international standards (ISO 22361).

  • Simulation & Testing: Develop a multi-year crisis exercise plan and coordinate simulations to validate procedures.

  • Training & Enablement: Create and deliver training materials to key stakeholders involved in crisis management.

  • Crisis Coordination: Lead the crisis cell during real incidents to ensure timely and effective decision-making.

  • Communication Support: Assist with internal and external communications, including media and stakeholder engagement.

  • Post-Crisis Review: Conduct lessons learned sessions, analyze failures or gaps, and propose corrective actions with follow-up.

Profile / Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in crisis management, business continuity, or risk management, with experience in both strategic planning and operational execution. They should be comfortable leading exercises, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly under pressure. Familiarity with international standards for crisis management is a plus.
