CRM Solution Architect
Function
We’re looking for a Lead Solution Architect to join our client’s team and take ownership of the CRM architecture landscape. This is a key role within a large-scale transformation, where you will shape future-proof solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, while guiding teams and ensuring alignment with broader business and technology strategies.
The Role
As Lead Solution Architect, you will act as the technical authority across the CRM domain, translating business needs into scalable, integrated solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement a robust CRM ecosystem.
- Analyze current systems and stakeholder needs to define clear solution requirements
- Lead fit-gap analyses and design target architectures, including processes, integrations, and data migration strategies
- Define non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security
- Design future-oriented CRM solutions aligned with a broader digital and product strategy
- Collaborate with enterprise and technical architects to select appropriate technologies and frameworks
Key Responsibilities
You will drive architectural consistency and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives within the CRM landscape.
- Create and document end-to-end solution architectures and ensure clear communication to all stakeholders
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions within the existing IT landscape
- Apply product and capability-based modeling to build reusable and scalable solutions
- Facilitate workshops and provide guidance to internal teams for proper understanding and implementation
- Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing new technologies and best practices
- Act as a mentor and support the upskilling of internal teams
Your Profile
We’re looking for a seasoned architect with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience, including extensive experience in a solution architect role
- Proven track record in large-scale CRM implementations (complex, milestone-driven environments)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Power Platform
- Experience working in complex integration environments and enterprise ecosystems
- Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in collaborative project teams
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive mindset
- Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills
Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- TOGAF certification or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
- Language skills: English and Dutch are required (French is a plus)
- Candidates must have the legal right to work and reside in Belgium
