Our client is looking for a senior technical leader to guide CRM delivery within the Sales and Marketing domain. This opportunity combines hands-on solution design, technical coordination, and team leadership, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the technical authority for the CRM team and help ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the platform and its integrations. You will work closely with functional and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment to turn business needs into robust technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership for the CRM team and drive technical decision-making.
Coach developers on design standards, development best practices, and implementation quality.
Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Translate features and user stories into clear technical designs and architecture.
Define application flows, integrations, security models, and APIs.
Support technical feasibility assessments for epics and define technical approaches for features.
Contribute to user story refinement and coordinate technical delivery within Agile teams.
Perform code reviews and technical validations.
Promote adherence to development standards and DevOps practices.
Support troubleshooting of complex incidents and technical issues.
Coordinate integrations with ERP systems, customer platforms, and middleware.
Support deployment activities and environment management.
Help ensure the stability and maintainability of the CRM landscape.
Lead technical discussions, align stakeholders, and act as an escalation point for technical matters.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within Sales and Marketing contexts.
Solid knowledge of Power Platform and Azure.
Experience designing integrations, APIs, and security models.
Ability to perform technical validation, code review, and solution assessment.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and technical delivery in Agile environments.
Experience working with ERP integrations, customer platforms, and middleware is important.

Profile

The ideal candidate combines technical depth with leadership skills and can confidently bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You communicate clearly, think structurally, and are comfortable guiding others while keeping an eye on quality, architecture, and long-term maintainability.

Proven experience in technical leadership or senior technical delivery roles.
Ability to coach and mentor developers effectively.
Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solution design.
Comfortable collaborating with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Solution Architects, and developers.
Experience in large-scale Agile organizations is a plus.
Microsoft Dynamics or Azure certifications are considered an advantage.
Experience with Power Platform and Azure integration services is a plus.

Practical Information

This is a long-term consulting opportunity within an Agile / Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery model.

Language requirements: fluent Dutch and fluent English.
