Customer Master Data Officer

Function

We're looking for an experienced SAP CRM professional to join our client's team and support an assignment within a regulated and compliance-driven environment. In this role, you'll use your business-user expertise in SAP CRM while handling sensitive customer and personal information. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable privacy, confidentiality and information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work as a business user within SAP CRM (on-premise) to support operational activities.
• Process and manage confidential customer and personal data with the highest level of care and discretion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable data protection, confidentiality and information security requirements.
• Handle sensitive information in accordance with established privacy policies and security procedures.
• Contribute to daily operations within a regulated or compliance-focused environment.

The ideal candidate

• Between 2 and 5 years of proven experience as a business user of SAP CRM (on-premise).
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience processing confidential customer or personal data.
• Demonstrable professional experience handling sensitive information in line with confidentiality and information security requirements.
• Previous experience in a public-sector, regulated or compliance-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and applicable Belgian privacy legislation.
• Good understanding of data protection, confidentiality and information security principles.
