Data Governance Specialist

We’re looking for a seasoned Data Analytics Consultant to join our client’s team, supporting a large-scale transformation initiative within a financial services environment. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in data analysis and migration will directly contribute to improving customer-focused processes and business performance.

Role & Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will play a key role in strengthening a core data stream within a broader transformation program. You will be responsible for turning complex, unstructured data into actionable insights and ensuring seamless data transitions across systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of raw data using advanced sourcing and analytics techniques
• Contributing to data-driven decision-making that enhances customer strategies and operational efficiency
• Supporting data mapping and executing data migration activities toward specialized financial platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment
• Driving improvements and ensuring high-quality data delivery within the program scope

Profile & Experience

Our client is seeking a highly analytical professional with a strong background in data and financial services. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and business understanding:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics or a similar field
• Strong expertise in data mapping and data migration, ideally involving Lendscape or similar platforms
• Proven experience within the financial services industry
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering (PhD is a plus)
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds with strong analytics knowledge are also considered
