DataWarehouse Developer

Function

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, bringing expertise in data warehousing and related technologies. This role requires an individual who is well-versed in the planning, designing, and constructing of data warehouse applications while utilizing tools such as Cognos or DataStage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data integration, reporting & analysis, and database management.

Responsibilities and Role

In this position, you will engage in project-based work, collaborating closely with teams to deliver data warehousing solutions effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Curriculum planning, designing, and implementing data warehouses.
• Building and testing ETL flows while ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
• Managing BI applications and maintaining seamless operations.
• Employing Agile methodologies within project frameworks.

Profile and Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in data warehouse modeling and project-based work (minimum 3 years).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and other ETL tools.
• Fluency in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, processes, and architectures.
• Experience in developing components such as data integration, BI reporting, and database architecture.
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot or Claude AI is preferred.
• Familiarity with Power BI and ETL flow testing.
