DevSecOps Lead

Function

• Lead the DEVSECOPS team focusing on automating the software delivery chain with embedded security.
• Prepare procedures and automation for software and hardware deployment, including monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with SYS ADMIN team for initial installation/update and support during rollout.
• Test, document, and implement new technologies to improve DEVSECOPS chain.
• Provide second-level support for EBP software and IT equipment in signal zones.
• Execute cybersecurity tasks such as threat analysis, security code review, vulnerability evaluation, penetration testing, and patch management.

Management of Test and Development Environments:

• Deploy and maintain development machines and EBP test environments.
• Troubleshoot development and test environments.

Profile:

Must-Have Knowledge:

• Master's degree in engineering or informatics.
• Experience managing a team of 6 to 10 technical people.
• Cross-team collaboration and Agile working.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (Redhat) and scripting (bash, python).
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Cybersecurity experience for OT infrastructure.
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge and experience in a production environment.
• Basic knowledge of Javascript and good knowledge of Java.
• Basic knowledge of network administration (router, switch, VPN, firewall).

Asset Knowledge:

• Certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM, ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with Puppet (open source version), Ansible, Zabbix/Nagios, Elastic Stack, Database technology (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence/Git), VMWare (VCenter), GIT, CMDBs (e.g., GLPI).
