Function

We are looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's digital transformation journey within a highly regulated environment. This strategic assignment focuses on enhancing marketing technology, customer engagement, and data-driven capabilities through the evolution of a modern Marketing Engagement Platform (MEP), the development of a robust first-party data strategy, and the integration of advanced advertising and data collaboration solutions.

Working at the intersection of business, marketing, data, and technology, you will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable solutions, and driving customer-centric initiatives that improve engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of the Marketing Engagement Platform (MEP)
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Contribute to the design and execution of a first-party data strategy and a comprehensive 360° customer view
  • Support the integration of AdTech solutions and Data Clean Room use cases
  • Facilitate workshops and foster alignment between marketing, data, business, and IT teams
  • Enable and optimize omnichannel campaign orchestration across channels such as email, push notifications, and digital platforms
  • Ensure data processes adhere to GDPR and consent management principles
  • Contribute to service design initiatives and the optimization of end-to-end customer journeys
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and support decision-making throughout the transformation program

The Ideal Candidate

You are a seasoned consultant with a strong background in digital transformation, CRM, marketing technology, and data-driven customer engagement. You thrive in complex stakeholder environments and are capable of bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, CRM, marketing technology, customer engagement, or data-related initiatives
  • Proven experience with marketing automation and engagement platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer data, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Experience with first-party data ecosystems and customer-centric marketing approaches
  • Knowledge of AdTech and/or Data Clean Room solutions is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively across business, marketing, data, and IT domains

Language Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and French
  • Professional proficiency in English
