Digital Delivery & Agile Framework Lead

We are searching for an experienced consultant to join our client's team in enhancing their digital product offerings. You will be part of a vibrant office that focuses on public digital services, working alongside various professionals such as product owners, developers, designers, and team leads. Your contribution will help the team achieve its collective goals and elevate the impact of digital products.

As a delivery coach, you will foster an agile mindset within your team, ensuring they take full ownership of the digital products they deliver. You will facilitate:

• The motto "you design it, you build it, you run it," empowering your teams to optimize user experience across the entire delivery chain.
• Positive relationships with support functions, aiding in process improvements and swift resolution of incidents while fostering a learning environment.
• A collaborative team culture where diverse personalities come together to face challenges and celebrate successes, ultimately driving improved performance.
• Effective coaching to enhance team dynamics, leading to better overall results than the sum of individual contributions.

The ideal candidate will possess a substantial background in mentoring teams and individuals, coupled with a clear understanding of Agile methodologies and the digital product development lifecycle. Expected qualifications include:

• Demonstrated expertise in coaching software developers, UX/UI designers, and QA professionals, with a focus on Agile frameworks.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, identifying process improvements, and implementing strategies for cross-functional development teams.
• A positive attitude and servant-leadership approach, fostering an open and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.
• Experience working with mobile and web front-end teams, alongside knowledge of product architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling the establishment of strong relationships with team members, other teams, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
