Digital Project Manager

Function

We're looking for a project manager to join our client’s team and ensure the smooth progression of ongoing initiatives while effectively addressing business requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to guide a team of business process experts and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus will be to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to uncover opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
• Drive uniformity and consistency in processes across various business units and regions.
• Ensure all ongoing projects are moving forward effectively and efficiently.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should bring a robust background in system integration, digital transformation, and technology solutions. The qualifications include:

• A Master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Successful track record in leading change and improving business processes for scalability.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and customers, fostering a high degree of trust and effective communication.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
• Knowledge of or experience with CRM packages and/or ERP systems, such as SAP S4 or Salesforce, is highly regarded.

Required Skills and Experience

This role requires expertise in the following areas:

• ERP (SAP, Salesforce): 3-5 years of experience.
• Digital Transformation: Senior-level expertise.
• People Management: Mid-level experience.
