Digital Project Manager
Function
We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing digital project management for business initiatives. This role is instrumental in delivering IT solutions, focusing on efficient execution and minimizing project timelines.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include effective project management, covering aspects like budget, planning, scope, communication, and reporting. Additionally, you'll lead a development team employing Agile methodologies such as AgilePM/Scrum, with a strong emphasis on minimum viable product (MVP) delivery. Your coordination efforts will involve liaising with external providers and digital services, ensuring smooth project execution across service centers and operational teams.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess robust soft skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, leadership qualities, and a customer-oriented mindset. You should demonstrate a structured and methodical approach, with assertiveness in your interactions. Required qualifications include:
- Experience as a Senior IT Project Manager
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, and relational databases
- Expertise in IT solution development project management
- Certification in Prince2
- Application of SCRUM principles
- Experience in IT testing
- Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Fluency in French and English, with Dutch being an added advantage
Evaluation Method
Candidates will undergo an assessment based on open-ended questions relevant to the required experience. You will also need to demonstrate readiness to be on-site at least 50% of the time, and provide details of your project management experience, particularly in IT solutions development. Please be prepared to present your Prince2 Foundation certification and any relevant public sector experience.
