Digital Transformation Coordinator
Function
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Coordinator to support our client in the rollout of a new healthcare application suite. This position combines stakeholder communication, onboarding, user support, and rollout coordination, with a strong focus on adoption across integrators and end-user groups. You will work closely with program leads, development teams, integrators, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to a new platform.
- Act as a hands-on rollout coordinator in a complex healthcare environment
- Support the transition from existing systems to a new application landscape
- Help translate project progress and roadmap updates into clear communication and support materials
- Contribute to a structured, stakeholder-friendly rollout approach
Responsibilities
You will play a central role in coordinating communication, onboarding, and support activities for both integrators and user groups such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. You are expected to combine operational follow-up with strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Prepare workshops, presentations, and rollout materials for integrators and user communities
- Develop communication deliverables such as slide decks, newsletters, FAQs, and onboarding content
- Organize and support presentation sessions, onboarding activities, and feedback moments with stakeholders
- Coordinate and improve support processes across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line channels, including FAQ updates and issue escalation procedures
- Build knowledge of the project context and analyze the relevant medical software landscape
- Maintain and safeguard project documentation, access processes, and communication flows
- Represent the project towards professional associations, integrator organizations, and other external stakeholders
- Support program management and agile development teams by aligning communication and user support with the delivery roadmap
Profile
We are looking for a consultant with strong communication skills, rollout experience, and a good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. You should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholder groups and navigating a fast-moving delivery environment.
- Proven experience in stakeholder communication and user support
- Experience in the healthcare sector or strong affinity with healthcare-related environments
- Good understanding of the Belgian eHealth ecosystem and its main actors and principles
- Experience with the rollout of healthcare or physician-facing applications
- Solid experience with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support models across both interactive and passive support channels
- Experience working in agile development projects
- Knowledge of Agile is required
- Experience with MS Project is a plus
- Familiarity with Prince2, ServiceNow, and Case 360 is considered an asset
