We're looking for a motivated professional to join our client's team as a support engineer focused on digital workspace solutions. Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will include:
- Providing technical support through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Documenting incidents and solutions in the IT ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of support activities.
- Collaborating with the IT team to escalate complex issues and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Participating in initiatives aimed at service improvement and automation.
- Upholding IT security guidelines and best practices.
- Assisting with the onboarding and training processes for new team members.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Prior IT experience is an advantage but not mandatory; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with service desk tools such as ServiceNow is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting and experience with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams and SharePoint, are beneficial.
