We're looking for an experienced Domain Coordinator to join our client's team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services within a complex operational environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and project teams while contributing to service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a trusted operational coordinator, supporting both day-to-day service delivery and the successful transition of projects into production.

The Role

As Domain Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of services across your assigned domain. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end operational service delivery and ensuring high-quality support.
  • Monitoring incidents, service requests, operational escalations, and overall service performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Acting as the primary operational point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting project managers during transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring a seamless handover from project delivery into operational support.
  • Maintaining operational readiness by overseeing governance, documentation, and service management processes.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, coordinating service review meetings, and handling operational escalations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and service delivery while driving continuous operational improvements together with stakeholders and suppliers.

Your Profile

We're looking for a professional who combines strong operational coordination skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities. Ideally, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, ICT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Service Management, Service Delivery, Operations Management, or a similar coordination role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience within an operational or service delivery environment.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Delivery Coordinator, Domain Coordinator, SPOC, or a comparable role.
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL-based Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, and Problem Management.
  • Professional language skills in Dutch (C1), French (minimum B1), and English (minimum B2).
  • Availability to start from September 2026.
