We are looking for a dedicated consultant to become a key part of our client's dynamic team, which is currently undergoing an exciting transformation of its servicing and operations activities. This journey aims to enhance customer service and leverage technological innovations, creating an environment of convenience and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Role

As a member of the Partnership Office, you will collaborate with around 15 professionals and report to the Head of Domain Experts. Your primary focus will be on managing the integration of knowledge across various domains such as Estates, Investment Contracts, KYC, Daily Banking, and more. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning sourced processes and tracking contract execution
• Overseeing quality assurance and correct activity execution
• Managing daily service interactions to resolve operational issues
• Driving transformation initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams
• Coordinating change management and implementing process improvements
• Building relationships with internal and external partners to foster continuous improvement
• Representing your domain in stakeholder meetings

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will possess at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong technical foundation in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as collaboration platforms like Teams and SharePoint. Essential qualifications include:

• Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
• A Master’s degree and relevant certifications
• In-depth domain expertise and understanding of processes, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a results-driven mindset
