ECS Q2C Project Manager

Function

We're looking for an experienced SAP specialist to support our client's business-critical Quote-to-Cash environment. In this role, you'll contribute to a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation while providing expertise in Q2C processes, project coordination, and solution delivery. This assignment is ideal for a senior SAP professional who can work independently, bring strong functional expertise, and collaborate effectively within a structured transformation programme.

The Role

As an SAP Quote-to-Cash Specialist, you will support the successful delivery of SAP initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting SAP Quote-to-Cash processes and related business activities.
• Contributing to an SAP S/4HANA implementation within the Quote-to-Cash domain.
• Providing functional expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working independently with project collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Supporting project coordination through clear communication, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensuring relevant project knowledge and experience are properly documented and shared with stakeholders.

Your Profile

We're looking for a senior SAP professional with extensive Q2C expertise and proven S/4HANA implementation experience.

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Proven experience participating in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation within a Quote-to-Cash context.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Q2C environments.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership within a structured project setting.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence, with demonstrable usage reflected in your professional experience.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate relevant project achievements.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager is considered an advantage.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level in all three languages).

Assignment Details

This is a consulting assignment requiring regular on-site collaboration, with presence expected two days per week. You'll join a transformation environment where your SAP expertise and ability to work autonomously will contribute directly to the success of a critical Quote-to-Cash programme.
