Expert Infrastructure Engineer Citrix

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where you'll play a crucial role in an Agile organization focused on enhancing Remote Applications Services & Printing. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a robust infrastructure, with a primary focus on Citrix, hosted virtual desktops, and printing services. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring the delivery and support of critical services in a multicultural environment.

Your mission includes:

• Contributing to the migration of Citrix-related services to cloud solutions.
• Guiding application owners through their migration trajectories toward the Cloud.
• Collaborating with group partners to enhance and maintain service stability.
• Writing and maintaining technical and user documentation to support the services.
• Providing 3rd level support, ensuring advanced troubleshooting for Citrix, hosted virtual desktops, and printing-related products.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong soft skills, including teamwork, cooperation, and interpersonal communication.
• Customer and stakeholder orientation with a proactive and self-directed approach.
• Adaptability in multicultural environments and an analytical problem-solving mindset.

Required technical knowledge includes:

• Extensive experience with Windows Server, Citrix technologies, and large-scale printing solutions.
• Proven skills in scripting, particularly PowerShell.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals, such as Proxy, routing, and firewalls.
