Expert Project Leader SAP

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Leader to strengthen the SAP domain within a large-scale ERP transformation program at our client. You will join a complex and strategic environment focused on modernizing critical ticketing and billing systems. In this role, you will take operational ownership of the SAP scope and ensure seamless integration within a broader digital transformation journey.

Role & Responsibilities
As Project Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and delivering all SAP-related activities within the program. You will work closely with analysts, architects, and testers, acting as a key link between business and IT.

• Coordinate the SAP team within the ERP Competence Center for the execution of the SAP scope

• Safeguard both functional and technical integration aspects of the SAP solution, with a strong focus on billing and revenue processes (including SAP BRIM)

• Lead and follow up with SAP analysts, architects, and testing teams

• Report on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies related to the SAP scope

• Act as cutover and transition manager during the implementation and go-live phases

• Apply structured project management methodologies within a complex organizational landscape

Profile & Expertise
Our client is seeking a senior expert with a proven track record in leading large-scale IT infrastructure or development projects.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Leader in IT projects

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex environments

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience working with SAP in an ERP context

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Prince2, PMBOK, etc.), preferably certified, and capable of transferring this expertise to others

• Experience with cutover and/or transition management within ERP environments

• Solid experience in stakeholder management within complex organizations

• Strong understanding of project governance techniques (risk management, issue management, change management)

• Knowledge of ITIL principles

• Experience with MS Project and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
