We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's team, where your functional analysis expertise will support the development of critical business applications. This role must embody a strong technical background and experience across projects within dynamic environments. If you excel at requirement analysis and are knowledgeable about data and process modeling techniques, your skills will be highly valued in this position.

Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will engage in key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting requirement analysis and collaborating with development teams.
• Drafting user stories and ensuring the quality control of delivered code.
• Interacting with end-users to probe requirements effectively.
• Utilizing your knowledge in GIS contexts and asset management.
• Participating in Agile software development practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a robust set of qualifications, including:

• Proven experience as a functional analyst for critical business applications (5+ years).
• Demonstrated capacity in acting as a product owner within IT development teams.
• Strong familiarity with functional analysis, including OO, multi-tier, and web-enabled environments.
• Experience working within governmental frameworks and processing governmental projects.
• Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2, as well as proficiency in English.

Required Skills

Essential skills and experience required for this role include:

• Knowledge of data and process modeling techniques and tools.
• A thorough understanding of quality control and testing processes (3+ years).
• Hands-on experience with requirement analysis & design (5+ years).
• Ability to work effectively in technical environments related to ongoing projects.
