FICA SAP consultant

Function

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI-CA/ Convergent Invoicing Functional Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will support and enhance key SAP finance solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient financial and invoicing processes. You will also contribute to a broader SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Responsibilities

You will combine functional analysis, configuration, and business support within the SAP finance landscape.

• Provide 1ste and 2nd line support for SAP FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing solutions

• Deliver change request from business analysis to go-live

• Participate in blueprint and fit-gap workshops to translate business needs into SAP solutions

• Configure SAP FI-CA and CI modules and prepare functional and technical specifications

• Support processes related to financial invoicing, master data, and system interfaces

• Perform unit and integration testing and coordinate business testing

• Support go-live activities and ensure smooth deployments

• Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA implementation focusing on FI-CA and Convergent Invoicing

Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience

• 10+years of experience as an SAP FI-CA functional consultant

• Proven experience with SAP FI-CA and SAP Convergent Invoicing, ideally within S/4HANA

• Experience with large-scale FI-CA implementations

• Strong analytical skills and experience writing functional specifications

• Able to debug code when required

• Comfortable working with business stakeholders and facilitating workshops

Additional Information

• Able to work on-site in Brussels two days per week

• Languages: English and Dutch (French is a plus)
