We’re looking for an experienced SAP Technical Expert to join our client’s CRM support and development team. In this role, you will act as a key technical specialist responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and integration of SAP CRM applications within a complex enterprise landscape. You will work closely with functional analysts, developers, and architecture teams to design and implement robust technical solutions while ensuring high standards in application support and system performance.

Role & Responsibilities
As SAP Technical Expert, you will contribute to both the development and technical support of SAP CRM solutions and related integrations.

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and detailed specifications in collaboration with functional analysts and development teams.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and consolidation of the existing SAP CRM platform.

• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP CRM and legacy applications through technologies such as SAP CPI and IDocs.

• Perform configuration and customization activities within SAP CRM and related applications.

• Diagnose incidents, analyze change requests, and design effective technical solutions.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering developments, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Serve as a technical point of contact for enterprise architects and maintain an overview of the current system architecture.

• Ensure the implementation of reusable, high-quality code aligned with development best practices.

Profile & Experience
Our client is seeking a senior SAP technical specialist with strong experience in SAP CRM development and enterprise integrations.

• Minimum 8 years of project experience working with the SAP CRM module.

• Strong experience analyzing functional requirements and translating them into SAP technical implementations.

• Advanced knowledge of BSP Components Workbench, BOL/GENIL framework, and CRM upgrade transactions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAPUI5 and Fiori development.

• Experience working with ABAP Workbench, ABAP OO, Workflow, IDOC, ALV Grid, and ABAP WebDynpro.

• Experience with development tools such as ADT (Eclipse).

• Proven experience with SAP data services development including web services and OData.

• Strong knowledge of data exchange formats and protocols such as SOAP, XML, JSON, and REST.

• Understanding of best practices for developing reusable and maintainable code.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments is considered an advantage.

• Experience mentoring or coaching team members is considered a plus.

• Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with good command of English.

• Available to work on-site in Brussels at least two days per week.
