Finops Practioner

We're looking for an experienced FinOps Consultant to join our client's team and support the financial management of a complex enterprise technology environment. In this consulting role, you'll play a key part in optimising cloud financial operations, improving cost transparency and strengthening financial accountability across a broad range of IT services and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of showback and chargeback cost allocation models.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities across cloud infrastructure, datacentres, software licensing, AI and SaaS services.
• Work within complex multi-cloud environments, collaborating across different hyperscaler platforms.
• Improve financial visibility, cost allocation accuracy and accountability for technology consumption.

The ideal candidate

• At least 5 years of professional experience in FinOps.
• Demonstrable experience implementing and managing showback and/or chargeback models.
• Strong expertise in enterprise-level budgeting and forecasting across cloud, datacentre, licensing, AI and SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least two hyperscaler platforms, including Microsoft Azure (mandatory).
• Valid FinOps Certified Practitioner certification.
• Valid FinOps Certified FOCUS Analyst certification issued by the FinOps Foundation.
