We're looking for a seasoned consultant to join our client's dynamic and innovative team, contributing to the digitalization of processes in a collaborative Agile environment. This opportunity is for someone who possesses strong technical skills and can take on a leadership role while focusing on quality, cooperation, and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications within a microservices architecture. Your role will include:

• Actively contributing to software quality through testing, debugging, and automation
• Coaching team members and promoting best practices
• Collaborating closely with analysts, developers, and QA professionals
• Documenting work and sharing knowledge across the team

The perfect fit for this position will have extensive experience in application development and the ability to lead a development team effectively. Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience in scalable application development
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CSS, JavaScript, Docker, Microservices, NodeJs, RabbitMQ, and React
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, and an understanding of Agile methodologies, ideally with a leading role
• Experience with Elixir, Redis, and AI coding tools is a plus
• Experience in the law enforcement sector and handling large data volumes is advantageous

Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2) and English is required.
