We are seeking a driven Full Stack Angular Developer to join the IT Software Solutions team of a leading, global logistics enterprise.
In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and modernization of critical internal business applications. You will combine strong technical capabilities with business analysis and problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Software Development & Innovation: Design, develop, test, and deploy internal software applications using Angular and modern backend technologies.
- Business & Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, acting as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Application Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing business-critical applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with developers, project managers, and business teams. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and mentor colleagues when required.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively experiment with emerging technologies, including AI-based solutions, to boost software quality and development efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience in full stack software development.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Proven experience with Angular, full stack development, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mindset & Competencies: Strong sense of ownership, a learning-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Team-First Thinking: A flexible, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to team collaboration and operational excellence.
Work Environment & Practical Expectations
- 100% On-Site Presence: Physical attendance at the office is the standard expectation. Remote or hybrid working arrangements are generally not offered.
- On-Call Rotation: Participation in the mandatory standby/on-call rotation is required (evenings, nights, and weekends), as the supported applications are critical to continuous business operations.
- Flexibility: A 4/5 working schedule is fully acceptable, provided that your working days are spent physically on-site.
