Full-Stack Developer C++

Function

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our client’s application and project team within a high-tech industrial production environment. You will work in a technically challenging context where mission-critical software is fully developed and maintained in-house to support production processes. This is a hands-on role with real impact, combining autonomy with close collaboration in a specialized automation team.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and long-term maintenance of custom-built industrial applications. You combine functional analysis with technical implementation and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain in-house software supporting industrial process systems
• Implement changes and contribute to project-based enhancements
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, and implementation
• Work closely with team members in an application and project-driven environment
• The primary technology stack includes C++ and C# .NET, with WPF for client-side development.

Profile & Technical Expertise

Our client is looking for an experienced professional who understands how to balance business needs with technical feasibility in an industrial setting.

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Solid experience with C++ and C# .NET
• Experience with WPF
• Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
• Experience within an industrial or production environment is a strong asset

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Detail-oriented in implementation, documentation, and testing
• Able to bridge functional requirements and technical execution
• Fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in English
