Functional Analyst

We’re looking for an Functional Analyst to join our client’s team and support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business and IT processes. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is eager to grow in a dynamic IT environment and contribute to meaningful projects with real impact.

The Role
As part of our client’s team, you will work closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to help model processes, structure information, and contribute to technical analysis. You will be involved in documenting solutions, maintaining data structures, and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives within IT projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining UML diagrams and technical documentation

• Working with SQL Server databases for analysis and validation

• Using XML/XSD for data exchange and model definition

• Contributing to functional and technical analysis within projects

• Supporting team members with documentation and structured analysis

• Learning and applying standards, tools, and methodologies used within the organization

The Ideal Candidate
You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. You enjoy working in a team and are comfortable adapting to changes in a fast-moving IT environment.

Your profile includes:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Good knowledge of UML and SQL Server

• Understanding of XML/XSD

• Experience with Enterprise Architect is a plus

• Familiarity with Agile methods is a plus but not required

• Strong attention to quality and detail

• Flexible mindset and willingness to go the extra mile when needed

• Proactive, creative problem solver who enjoys sharing knowledge with the team

Practical Requirements

• Working knowledge of two national languages (basic proficiency in the second language, minimum A2, with willingness to improve)
