Functional analyst

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team. This role involves engaging in various complex projects requiring deep analytical skills and the ability to translate client requirements into functional specifications. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid background in functional analysis and a commitment to providing high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities and Tasks

The position entails the following key responsibilities:

• Documenting various processes and requirements using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Performing functional analysis to derive and elicit business requirements effectively.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and information.
• Providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or an equivalent through experience.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in either French or Dutch (C2 level), with capability in the other language.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term commitments, evidenced by completing at least one 12-month assignment in a related field.
• Availability for on-site work at least two days per week in alignment with team needs.
