We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's team and contribute to the evolution of a cutting-edge digital assets platform within the financial services sector. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology by translating innovative digital asset concepts into clear, scalable, and reliable functional solutions.

Responsibilities

As a senior functional expert, you will play a key role throughout the analysis and design lifecycle of complex information systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating the preliminary analysis and functional design phases.
• Performing detailed functional analyses and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Supporting the implementation of changes and enhancements from development through production.
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements and driving functional enhancements.
• Defining new functional requirements and specifications to support evolving business needs.
• Supporting system upgrades and assisting in the resolution of functional issues.
• Evaluating service requests, assessing feasibility, estimating impacts, and identifying resource requirements.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams within an Agile environment.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within the banking and/or insurance sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Data-driven approach combined with a solid understanding of software development practices and IT security principles.

• Strong knowledge of digital assets and emerging financial technologies.
• Hands-on experience with:
