We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's dynamic team, where they focus on central development and support of foundational banking applications. This role is integral to managing and optimizing web platforms, employing an Agile methodology that encourages collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will shine in a bustling development environment and possess a strong functional analysis coupled with a development mindset.

Responsibilities

The selected individual will play a crucial role in the functional analysis organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing support and advice on client and back-end best practices.
• Analyzing and developing document generation processes.
• Engaging with application leads and consultants to exchange feedback and discuss new component candidates.
• Creating user guides and analysis documentation.
• Offering guidance on all topics relating to the client's web platforms.
• Participating actively in testing phases.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role, with at least 6 years of relevant experience under their belt. Required qualifications and characteristics include:

• A solid background in Java development within Agile frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge in Java/Spring, OO, REST, SOA, and Selenium.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• A deep understanding of the banking sector and the ability to translate stakeholder discussions into actionable software features.
• Proficiency in English, with Dutch and French considered advantageous.
