We're looking for an experienced functional analyst to join our client's team, playing a key role in bridging business needs with robust and coherent ICT solutions. You will work in a complex environment with multiple applications and stakeholders, where collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and development teams is crucial.

You will be part of an agile team responsible for both developing new applications and optimizing existing systems. Your primary duties will include:

• Supporting business analysts in structuring and concretizing requirements.
• Translating business analysis into functional solutions, flows, and user stories.
• Ensuring consistency across applications, processes, and data flows.
• Collaborating with product owners and development teams in refinement and planning activities.
• Establishing and validating acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Contributing to governance and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record of at least 5 years in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Extensive experience translating business analysis into functional analysis.
• Demonstrated experience as a functional analyst in a complex, multi-team environment.
• Familiarity with agile (Scrum) methodologies, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in business operations relevant to the ICT sector and in analyzing documentation.
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN/UML) is a plus.
• A fluent command of Dutch at the European CEFR level C2 and proficiency in English.

Additionally, experience with business process management (BPM), end-to-end process thinking, and stakeholder management would be advantageous. Familiarity with project management facets and a keen interest in AI in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) will set you apart as a strong candidate.
