We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Medior Analyst to help identify and translate document-related needs within a renewed platform into successful implementations.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of internal customers and translating these requirements into innovative and practical solutions.

Job Description

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and rollout of documents within the context of a renewed platform. You will work closely with Product Management and internal teams to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

You will join a compact team consisting of two developers and one analyst. A significant amount of analysis work is already planned and will be taken up together with the team. As the analyses progress, the development capacity of the team will be further expanded.

Examples of documents to be developed include a renewed payslip, employee payments, salary balances and other related documents.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs related to documents and document flows.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear and achievable specifications.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to design innovative and creative solutions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and internal customers.
• Ensure that the solutions developed meet the expectations and needs of internal users.
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of new document flows within the renewed platform.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst, preferably with a focus on functional analysis.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and internal customers.
• An innovative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience writing detailed and clear specifications for development teams.
• Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies.
• A flexible working attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of French is mandatory, with the ability to communicate correctly both verbally and in writing.
