We're looking for a professional to join our client's team and support their vital initiatives related to energy infrastructure development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a crucial effort in the energy landscape, ensuring reliability and sustainability in power supply.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in various implementation initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. Your main tasks will include:

  • Clarifying and detailing the scope of gaps and implementation initiatives.
  • Eliciting needs and requirements from stakeholders.
  • Aligning the scope between gaps and ongoing initiatives to identify overlaps.
  • Defining governance structures, including guidelines, business processes, and roles & responsibilities.
  • Implementing governance strategies by securing buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Providing training and developing training materials.
  • Establishing additional governance bodies as necessary.
  • Offering on-the-job support when required.

Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience, and have:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in organizational design, business process analysis, or similar functions.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster trusted relationships.
  • A client-oriented mindset with empathy toward stakeholder needs.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities and the capacity to build consensus.
  • A highly analytical and critical mindset.
  • An affinity for IT, including infrastructure, applications, and communication technologies, with a keen interest in the electricity sector.
  • The maturity to manage activities independently.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Dutch or French. You'll be joining a dynamic environment located in Brussels, where hybrid working options are available. If you're a non-EU candidate, you are required to have a valid work permit and a residence permit allowing you to live and work in Belgium.
