Group Security Lead
Function
We are looking for a Group Security Capability Lead to own and drive a key cybersecurity capability at Group level. You will translate cyber strategy into clear priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure measurable risk reduction and operational excellence.
This is a leadership role focused on outcomes, not just technical delivery.
What You Will Do

Define a clear vision and roadmap for a Group security capability (e.g. IAM, SOC, Network Security).

Turn cybersecurity strategy into practical, business-focused priorities.

Lead and enable cross-functional security teams and work closely with local IT and security teams.

Reduce cyber risk and improve compliance, resilience, and secure business operations.

Own delivery from strategy through implementation and day-to-day operations.

Manage budget, vendors, and investment decisions for your capability.

Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with enterprise architecture, and avoid fragmentation.

Use data and metrics to guide decisions and track progress.

Drive continuous improvement and predictable delivery.

Act as a change leader in a complex, federated environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
-
Experience owning a product, platform, or capability end-to-end in a complex organisation.

Background in multiple cybersecurity domains (IAM, SOC, network, cloud, or vulnerability management).

Experience working in large or multi-entity environments.

Budget and vendor management experience.
Skills

Education

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.

Security or leadership certifications are a plus.
