We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's team. This role focuses on enhancing and modernizing IT infrastructure to better support critical activities within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the transformation and performance of IT operations, ensuring reliability and security while meeting the unique demands of the institution.

Role and Responsibilities

The primary mission involves overseeing, securing, and modernizing the IT infrastructure, establishing a reliable, efficient, and scalable technological foundation for hospital operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and evolving the technical architecture of the IT infrastructure.
• Ensuring consistency in technological choices and identifying opportunities for simplification and modernization.
• Guaranteeing the availability, performance, and resilience of IT systems while supervising operations across systems, networks, and support.
• Enhancing the security and compliance of IT infrastructure in line with regulatory directives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing critical IT infrastructure and a proven capability in team leadership. Candidates should have expertise in:

• Incident and Problem Management
• IT Infrastructure Architecture and Operations
• IT Security and Infrastructure Protection
• IT Service Management (ITIL)

Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required to foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Priority Deliverables

In the first few months, key deliverables will include:

• Conducting a diagnostic assessment of the existing infrastructure and identifying risks.
• Creating a roadmap for evolutionary development.
• Structuring operational processes and establishing performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs).

Enhancing operational continuity within the critical environment, ensuring that best practices for incident management are adhered to, will also be a priority.
