  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing by defining end-to-end test scenarios, organizing test execution and validating final solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR applications, HR processes and underlying data structures.

Profile & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Lead Consultant across multiple HR system implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and at least one Talent module such as Learning, Goals & Performance, Recruitment or Onboarding.
  • Demonstrable experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time, including integrations with peripheral systems.
  • Experience as lead consultant for UAT within a SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end HR process digitalization across multiple organizations.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst within the Belgian public sector, ideally supporting environments with both statutory and contractual employees.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the data structures supporting them.
  • Excellent functional analysis, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business requirements into clear and actionable solutions.
  • Strong application testing skills, including test scenario validation, UAT execution and structured defect/result reporting.
  • Fluent Dutch or French at C2 level, with at least B1 proficiency in the other national language, and English at C1 level or higher.

Working Approach

You are a structured, analytical and solution-oriented professional who combines strong HR functional knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills.
