HR Process Analyst

Function

We’re looking for an experienced HR Process Analyst to join our client’s HR transformation efforts. In this role, you’ll help make HR smarter, clearer, and more efficient by deeply understanding HR processes and continuously improving them. You’ll act as a key link between HR and IT, ensuring processes are well designed, consistently applied, and supported by the right systems and data.

Responsibilities
Working closely with the HR Process Manager and Process Owners, you will:

• Embed a continuous improvement mindset across HR services and actively identify opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency

• Analyze, optimize, and redesign HR processes while considering their impact on applications and underlying data

• Ensure processes are simple, transparent, and easy to understand for all stakeholders

• Define, analyze, and improve KPIs, challenging existing indicators where relevant

• Support Process Owners during internal audits and contribute to the implementation of audit recommendations

• Document processes and ensure consistent communication and adoption across different entities

The ideal candidate
You bring strong process expertise combined with analytical rigor and change management skills:

• Master’s degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, process modeling, or process reengineering

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

• Trained BPMN professional

• Trained in change management methodologies such as ADKAR

• Strong functional analysis, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process modeling skills

• Solid knowledge of core HR processes (L3 level)

• Functional understanding of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors, including data models and system capabilities

Practicalities & language
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 in all three). The role requires onsite presence at least three days per week. You’ll operate in a collaborative environment where process excellence, clarity, and continuous improvement are central to how HR services are delivered.
