We're looking for an experienced HR Process Analyst to join our client's team and play a key role in transforming and optimizing HR operations. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Process Analyst, you will:
- Partner with key stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement across HR operations.
- Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes while considering the impact on systems, applications, and data.
- Develop clear and efficient workflows, ensuring processes are well understood and consistently applied.
- Define, monitor, and enhance process performance indicators (KPIs), while challenging existing metrics to drive better outcomes.
- Support process owners during internal audits and contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives and recommendations.
- Create and maintain process documentation, promoting standardized ways of working across the organization.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and support the alignment between business and technology teams.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in process management, process modelling, or business process reengineering.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Professional training in BPMN process modelling and change management methodologies, such as ADKAR.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and their practical application.
- Proven expertise in functional analysis, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in creating and improving business process models to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Functional knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors, including their data models and business capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level in all three languages).
