IAM Program Manager
Function
We're looking for an experienced consultant to join our client's team, focusing on the management of digital identities and access control. This vital role involves defining, steering, and implementing a new operational framework for Identity and Access Management (IAM) in alignment with business needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that authorized individuals have the necessary access rights while preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data.
Responsibilities and Role
The primary responsibility of the consultant will be to leverage deep expertise in IAM to guide the deployment and adoption of IAM solutions across various organizational environments. The consultant will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and ISO27001, while also adapting to the evolving landscape of our client's dynamic operations.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- Expert proficiency in IAM Governance and Implementation
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Entra, Sailpoint)
- Strong background in Business and Operations modeling, as well as Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
- Proficient understanding of legal frameworks related to IAM (e.g., NIS2, GDPR)
- Ability to communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French
- IT Project Management experience with demonstrable results
Additional Requirements
The selected consultant will be working full-time with at least three in-person days per week at the client's headquarters. No overtime will be permitted without prior approval, and the consultant is expected to accommodate service continuity needs in their leave planning. Adherence to the external service provider's code of conduct is also mandatory.
In addition to the required skills outlined above, candidates will be asked to provide detailed examples of previous IAM implementations, as well as experiences with Job Management Life Cycle (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
