Infrastructure Engineer
Function

In this role, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure initiatives from analysis through implementation, help optimize existing platforms, and play a key role in resolving complex technical issues. You’ll work closely with infrastructure architects and support teams while keeping an eye on emerging technologies and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
-
Deliver strategic infrastructure projects across one or more technical domains, from requirements analysis and design through implementation.

Maintain technical documentation, including architecture guidelines, procedures, and project documentation.
-
Investigate and structurally resolve major or recurring incidents in collaboration with the support team.
-
Perform systematic root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes.
-
Map complex technical dependencies, data flows, and interactions across infrastructure and web platforms.
-
Plan and coordinate project activities while ensuring progress and technical quality.
-
Follow relevant technology developments and work with infrastructure architecture stakeholders to determine the future direction of the technical domain.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in an infrastructure engineering role.

-
Experience with load balancers, reverse proxies, and other network components used in web platforms.
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing complex issues.
-
Experience delivering infrastructure projects in a professional or enterprise IT environment.
-
Able to produce clear and accurate technical documentation.
-
Proactive, flexible, open-minded, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
-
A practical, solution-oriented mindset: you take initiative, investigate problems actively, share knowledge, and are willing to step up when priorities require it.
Nice to Have
