Integration Engineer

Function

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a crucial role in advising and managing the set-up of an API Management platform. Your expertise will guide the team to create a robust API infrastructure that aligns with enterprise architecture and technical requirements. You'll be instrumental in structuring and maintaining API documentation while defining and enforcing API policies, ensuring that teams design secure, consistent, and reusable APIs.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Manage and oversee the implementation of API middleware.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with development, product, and security teams to ensure governance, observability, and compliance throughout the API lifecycle.
• Contribute to the container-based platform services design, maintenance, and evolution with hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
• Drive the automation and self-service capabilities needed for the industrialization of API delivery and operations.

Language Requirements

The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Dutch.
