- Take ownership of planning and organizing IT infrastructure resources for our client.
- Handle both standard and non-standard IT infrastructure requests with a strong grasp of technological trends and market knowledge.
- Maintain daily communication with clients across different departments to deliver requested services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement automation solutions where necessary to streamline processes.
- Organize request processing to facilitate smooth execution by colleagues.
- Resolve second-line IT incidents while providing documentation and training for first-line support.
- Collaborate on specific projects and independently manage smaller projects within the team.
- Perform a combination of operational tasks and project-related activities.
- Several years of experience in an IT-related environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT workplace software and hardware.
- Basic understanding of server and network components.
- Attention to detail for executing necessary administrative processes.
