IT Analist

This role is ideal for a technically inclined analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment where they can work on a variety of projects — from process design and systems integration to light scripting and application support. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring technology solutions meet both current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a consultant in this role, you'll contribute to the full IT lifecycle — from analysis through implementation and operational support. Your tasks will include:

• Mapping out existing ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes aligned with both short- and long-term business goals.

• Reviewing interface specifications and proposing updates to ensure smooth system integration.

• Creating functional and technical documentation to support changes in system architecture.

• Identifying and proposing enhancements to existing business processes and suggesting pragmatic workarounds when needed.

• Participating in the definition of test strategies and managing test execution phases.

• Ensuring IT solutions comply with data privacy, IT security, and regulatory standards.

• Supporting IT operations by investigating system incidents or changes and implementing configuration updates.

• Quickly mastering system configurations (e.g., document management workflows) to drive quality improvements.

• Developing and maintaining scripts (VBA, Bash, Python) and writing SQL queries for reporting and automation.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

You’re a hands-on IT generalist who bridges the gap between business needs and technology. You bring:

• Solid experience in business analysis, including the review of interface specifications and data flows.

• Familiarity with XML, JSON, Web Services, and basic cybersecurity principles.

• Practical understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Xray, Confluence).

• Ability to write and maintain simple automation scripts and data queries.

• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into business-friendly language.

• Comfort working across both business and IT teams, including developers, architects, and project managers.

• A fast learner with a natural curiosity for new systems and processes.
