IT Analyst Order Planning

Our client is seeking a talented IT analyst to join their digital transformation team, supporting a key integration initiative focused on Order Planning. This role offers the chance to work on complex IT systems, bridging local applications with broader digital platforms while ensuring high-quality delivery in a dynamic Agile environment.

Role & Responsibilities
As an IT analyst on this project, you will:

• Quickly get up to speed on both local Order Planning applications and the integration platform.

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Perform detailed IT analyses and impact assessments based on features and user stories.

• Guide and track the progress of onshore and offshore developers.

• Conduct and oversee software testing to maintain high-quality standards.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for deployment, quality, and overall project deliverables.

• Support project administration and Agile/Scrum processes, including monthly sprints.

Technical Profile
The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT analyst.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to abstract, analyze, and structure complex processes.

• Expertise in reverse engineering and understanding legacy systems.

• Ability to read and interpret Mainframe code (PL/I & Cool:Gen) and .NET applications.

• Meticulous attention to detail in software analysis, implementation, and testing.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Order Planning processes.

• Background in industrial or manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile project methodologies.

Personal Attributes

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus or willingness to learn.
