IT Application Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive IT Application Coordinator to join our client’s high-performing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in the success of essential application ecosystems that support critical operations. This is a contract-based opportunity with potential for renewal, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys a blend of technical coordination and strategic input. Note: On-call availability is expected one week per month.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IT Application Coordinator, you'll ensure the seamless delivery and performance of business applications by:

• Supporting the testing, deployment, and implementation of new or updated application solutions.

• Collaborating with technical teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.

• Partnering with Product Owners to align technical specifications with user expectations and project objectives.

• Producing and maintaining clear documentation, including workflows, test plans, procedures, and end-user guides.

• Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and developing your knowledge to meet evolving demands.

• Balancing independent work with active teamwork in a collaborative environment.

Who You Are

You’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing business applications and improving system performance. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT application management and coordination.

• Proven ability to lead or support full-cycle IT application projects.

• Fluency in Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other language.

• Proficiency in technical English (spoken and written).

• A discreet, reliable character with a solid understanding of confidentiality and secure operations.
